用在线质谱法研究了Ni/Al2O3催化剂上甲烷分解温度和时间对积炭的影响。实验结果表明:在600~800℃内甲烷在还原的Ni/Al2O3催化剂上可分解为表面碳物种(即NiXC)和氢气,这种表面碳物种在较低的温度下可扩散进入体相,在高温下可逐步转化为低活性的碳物种。在800℃下由于表面碳物种不能扩散进入体相,金属镍中心迅速被表面碳物种覆盖,导致甲烷分解反应失活。
The effect of methane decomposition temperature and time on the coke deposition on Ni / Al2O3 catalyst was studied by on-line mass spectrometry. The experimental results show that methane can be decomposed into surface carbon species (NiXC) and hydrogen at 600 ~ 800 ℃ on the reduced Ni / Al2O3 catalyst. The surface carbon species can diffuse into the bulk phase at lower temperature, High temperature can be gradually transformed into low activity of carbon species. Due to the inability of surface carbon species to diffuse into the bulk at 800 ° C, the metallic nickel center is rapidly covered by surface carbon species, resulting in the inactivation of methane decomposition reactions.
