基于碳纤维复合材料的大型客机制孔新工艺,阐述了面临的风险,并提出了相应的应对措施。实践表明:分层破坏、刀具性能、孔径公差、手工操作不确定性是复合材料制孔工艺的四大主要风险问题。加装支撑垫板、加涂固化胶或加贴铝箔胶带,可有效防止孔出口面分层和劈裂;正确选择钻头材质和刀具刃型具有显著影响;钻—扩—铰多步工序有益于降低钛合金切削热,提高制孔精度;提高操作人员技术水平。在大量试验基础上总结归纳复合材料制孔工艺风险应对方案,为推动我国航空航天材料应用创新具有借鉴作用。
Based on the new technology of large-scale passenger machine made of carbon fiber composites, the risks faced are discussed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
