我国产的黄连为毛茛科(Ranunculaceae)植物黄连Coptis chinensis Franch或其他同属植物(像C.teeta Wall,C.anemonaefolia S.& Z.)的根茎.它是多年生草本,有野生及栽培两种;野生者品质较佳.主要产黄连地域是四川、云南、广西、陕西各省,以四川洪雅及峨嵋的产品最佳.商品名称有川连、雅连及宜连等.黄连中主要合有大量的小蘖碱(Berberine),此外尚含有极少量的黄连碱(Coptisine)、甲基黄连硷(Worenine)及棕榈碱(Palmatine)等等.其中小蘖碱为主要有效成分.为了保证黄连的药用质量,我国药典(1953
My Chinese-made Rhizoma Coptidis is a rhizome of the genus Ranticculaceae, Coptis chinensis Franch, or other plants of the same genus (such as C.teeta Wall, C. anemonaefolia S. & Z.). It is a perennial herb and is found in both wild and cultivated species. The quality of the wilderness is better. The main areas of production of Coptis are Sichuan, Yunnan, Guangxi, and Shaanxi Provinces. The products of Sichuan Hongya and Yunnan are the best. The trade names are Chuanlian, Yalian, and Yilian, etc. Berberine, in addition, contains a very small amount of Coptisine, methyl yellow wormwood (Worenine) and palmitine, etc., of which berberine is the main active ingredient.
