近年来,转炉干法除尘在钢铁领域得到广泛应用。但在应用过程中,干法除尘暴露出较多问题,如蒸发冷却器湿灰结垢、静电除尘器阴极线断线、静电除尘器泄爆等。其中,最为突出的问题为静电除尘器泄爆。泄爆会对转炉冶炼生产带来较大的影响,同时会破坏静电除尘器内部设备。本文以太钢北区炼钢180t转炉干法除尘系统的生产数据为基础,系统分析了产生泄爆的原因,并结合生产归纳出避免泄爆的有效措施,降低系统检修率,从而提高生产。
In recent years, the converter dry dust removal in the field of steel has been widely used. However, in the process of application, there are many problems exposed by dry-process dust removal, such as the wet-scale fouling of evaporative cooler, the disconnection of cathode line of electrostatic precipitator and the explosion of electrostatic precipitator. Among them, the most prominent problem is electrostatic precipitator venting. Explosion explosion will have a greater impact on the converter smelting production, and will destroy the electrostatic precipitator internal equipment. Based on the production data of the dry dust removal system of the 180t BOF steelmaking plant in North District of TISCO, the causes of venting were systematically analyzed. Combining with the production, effective measures to avoid venting were put forward to reduce the system maintenance rate and improve the production.
