针对平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司三矿十号井孤岛长壁工作面轨道斜巷的超大倾角、多转弯、长运距的工程条件,采用无极绳牵引车连续运输系统,以循环钢丝绳梭车牵引列车的辅助运输设备,代替多部串联调度绞车,实现长距离上、下坡和多转弯变向的辅助运输。经过选型计算采用SQ-120/132P系列无极绳牵引车连续运输方式。对轨道质量提出要求的同时,建立了转弯期间梭车列车受力分析理论模型,推出了转弯时梭车列车理论运行速度与梭车列车质量之间的关系:随着梭车牵引列车质量的增加,梭车正常运行速度将会减小,通过现场工业性试验得到了不同牵引条件下梭车列车运行速度的合理取值范围,保证了梭车列车不出现翻车、掉道事故,提高了无极绳牵引车连续运输系统的安全性能和推广应用范围。
