日本南极穹隆富士观测站,继1993年钻进深度112m的导孔和下套管之后,从1995年起用2年时间实施正式深层取心钻进,于1996年12月钻进深度达到2503.52m,超过了2500m的设计深度。正式钻进中的取心钻进总次数1369次,冰屑回收作业837次,平均一次取心深度1.75m,平均一日取心钻进深度8.21m。本文介绍了现场使用的钻进系统概要、钻进方法以及各种事故对策,同时还提出了今后研究课题。
Japan Fuji Observatory of the Antarctic Dome, following the drilling of the pilot hole and casing at a depth of 112m in 1993, formal deep coring drilling was carried out for two years from 1995 onwards, reaching a depth of 2503.52m in December 1996, Over 2500m design depth. During the formal drilling, the total number of coring drilling was 1,369 and that of debris recovery was 837. The average coring depth was 1.75m and the average coring drilling depth was 8.21m per day. This article introduces the drilling system used in the field overview, drilling methods and various accident strategies, but also put forward the future research topics.
