给料和产品粒度、啮角及最大啮角等是振动辊式破碎机腔型设计的几个主要影响因素。本文通过实验研究了料层厚度与破碎比的关系,综合给料和产品粒度的要求,按照变啮角设计原则,对振动辊式破碎机的合理破碎腔型进行了设计。采用此破碎腔型,可通过各个断面啮角变化来保证生产率和破碎比,并且其破碎性能和破碎产能显著提高。
Feeding and product size, nip angle and maximum nodding are the vibration roller crusher cavity design of several major factors. In this paper, the relationship between layer thickness and crushing ratio was studied experimentally, and the reasonable crushing cavity design of the vibrating roller crusher was designed according to the design principle of variable nip angle based on the requirements of feedstock and product size. The use of this crushing chamber, through the various sections of nodal angle changes to ensure productivity and crushing ratio, and its crushing performance and crushing capacity increased significantly.
