目的:探讨海拔高度不同引起烤瓷修复体选色差异的原因。方法:对不同海拔地区各600例烤瓷修复体选色进行调查统计分析。结果:西宁地区人群牙冠颜色主要为A2-A3色,南京地区人群牙冠颜色主要为D2-D3色。地区差异与选色差异关系经行×列2检验,P<0.001,有非常显著性差异。结论:海拔高度,特殊的地理环境及气候,种族及饮食习惯不同,可引起牙齿钙化,发育颜色差异。
Objective: To investigate the reasons for the difference of color selection of porcelain restorations caused by different altitude. Methods: The color selection of 600 cases of porcelain restoration at different altitudes was investigated. Results: The crown color of Xining population was mainly A2-A3 color, while the crown color of Nanjing population was mainly D2-D3 color. The relationship between regional differences and color selection by row × column 2 test, P <0.001, there is a very significant difference. Conclusion: Altitude, special geographical environment and climate, race and eating habits are different, can cause tooth calcification, the development of color differences.
