我国社会法律制度逐渐完善,我国财政体制也在不断地改革和调整,随着人民收入的不断提高,理财已经跟人们生活密不可分,依法理财才能保证社会秩序的稳定。本文从社会制度,宣传教育,财务人员素质和法律监督几个方面对依法理财的进行了阐述。
China’s social legal system has been gradually perfected. Our country’s financial system is constantly undergoing reforms and readjustments. With the continuous improvement of people’s income, financial management has become inextricably linked with people’s livelihood. Wealth management in accordance with the law can guarantee the stability of social order. This article elaborates on how to manage money according to law from the following aspects: social system, publicity and education, financial staff quality and legal supervision.
