观音阁碾压混凝土坝导流底孔基础项道顶拱出现裂缝、蜂窝及横缝渗漏，敌对其进行灌浆加固，灌浆材料为水溶性聚氨脂．灌浆过程中针对不同的部位及裂缝情况制定了相应的灌浆方案，对于特大漏水量裂缝的化学灌浆，采用不凿槽、控制出浆深度及以催化剂配制速凝浆液灌浆的措施．实践证明，灌浆效果良好，且经受了60m水头的运行考验，达到了预期的效果．
