目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定罗银胶囊中总黄酮含量的测量不确定度评定方法。方法:通过紫外分光光度法测定罗银胶囊中总黄酮含量的测定及方法学验证数据,对来自对照品溶液配制、样品前处理、显色反应、标准曲线拟合及回收率因素所引入的不确定度进行评估,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果在95%置信区间下的扩展不确定度。结果:本次实验的罗银胶囊中总黄酮含量测定结果为(31.13±1.61)mg.g-1。结论:建立的不确定度评定法适用于紫外分光光度法测定中药含量的不确定度分析中。
Objective: To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total flavonoids in Lo Yin Capsules. Methods: The content of total flavonoids in Luo Yin Capsules was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and the data of validation were analyzed. The effects of formulation, sample preparation, color reaction, standard curve fitting and recoveries from the reference solution The degree of uncertainty is evaluated to calculate the composite uncertainty, and finally the expanded uncertainty of the measurement under the 95% confidence interval is given. Results: The content of total flavonoids in Lo Yin Capsule of this experiment was (31.13 ± 1.61) mg.g-1. Conclusion: The established uncertainty assessment method is suitable for the analysis of the uncertainty of the content of Chinese medicine by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
