黑龙江省水利水电勘测设计研究院测绘处是一个集生产经营,科研开发等为一体的测量专业机构。自1956年成立以来,院测绘工作者足迹踏遍龙江大地,为全省水利工程和工程测绘事业的发展做出了重大贡献。自上世纪90年代以来,院测绘处工作开始面向全国,先后在山东、威海、蓬莱、福建、泉洲、北京、广东、深圳、吉林、辽宁、内蒙等多个省市和地区承揽多项测绘任务。在龙江主要承揽项目有:黑龙江省水利工程建设的项目建议书、初可研、可研、初步设计、施工图等,各阶段的工程测量工作。几十年来,出色完成了“尼尔基水利枢纽配套工程、西泉眼水库、龙头桥水库、桃山水库、磨盘山水库、松花江干流堤防”等100余座大型水利工程的前期与施工图阶段的工程测量项目,并为规划设计提供了准确详实的基础测绘资料。
Survey and Design Institute of Heilongjiang Province Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Office is a collection of production and management, research and development as one of the measuring professional institutions. Since its founding in 1956, the staff of Surveying and Mapping has traveled all over Longjiang, making great contributions to the development of water conservancy projects and engineering mapping in the province. Since the 90s of last century, the work of the Department of Surveying and Mapping began to be carried out in the country and undertook many surveys and mapping in many provinces and regions such as Shandong, Weihai, Penglai, Fujian, Quanzhou, Beijing, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia task. Major projects in Longjiang are: project proposals for the construction of water conservancy projects in Heilongjiang Province, the initial feasibility study, feasibility study, preliminary design, construction plans, engineering survey work at all stages. Over the past decades, the company has successfully completed the pre-construction and construction plans of more than 100 large-scale water conservancy projects such as “Supporting Project of Ni’erji Water Control Project, Xiquanyan Reservoir, Longtouqiao Reservoir, Taoshan Reservoir, Mopan Mountain Reservoir and Mainstream Embankment of Songhua River” Phase of the project measurement projects, and planning and design provides accurate and accurate basic mapping data.
