工业生产是国家经济发展的主要推动力,在工业生产当中,温度是最为常见的被控参数,对温度的控制具有十分重要的意义。由于传统的温度控制系统在控制方式上存在控制精度差、响应速度慢等诸多缺陷,这也使其越来越难以适用于工业生产当中。如何利用单片机来设计一种响应速度快、控制精度高、振荡小的温度控制系统具有十分重要的意义。为此,本文便基于AT89C51单片机设计了一种温度控制系统,并结合了变论域模糊PID控制方法。经过性能测试表明,该温度控制系统的控制精度高、响应速度快、实用性强,具备极高的推广价值。
Industrial production is the main driving force of national economic development. In industrial production, temperature is the most common controlled parameter, which is of great significance to temperature control. Due to the poor control accuracy and slow response speed of the traditional temperature control system, it is more and more difficult to apply it to industrial production. How to design a kind of temperature control system with high response speed, high control precision and small oscillation is of great significance. For this reason, this text designs a kind of temperature control system based on AT89C51 one-chip computer, and combined with variable domain fuzzy PID control method. After performance tests show that the temperature control system of high precision, fast response, practicality, with a very high value of promotion.
