本文就丁叮平时上课不主动回答问题这一表面现象,展开深入的走访,最终找到了原因:父母的过高期望、小学老师不适时的批评、同学们的鄙视以及他本身自我效能感的缺乏,其中自我效能感的缺乏是主要原因。针对以上原因提出了具体的解决方案:家庭中,建立亲子沟通,形成良好的家庭教育方式;学校里,老师共同帮助丁叮正确评价自我,克服自卑,消除心理压力,引导丁叮进行积极的归因训练。
