加强组织管理建章立制,规范管理,为加强电压无功管理工作,西平县电业局建立了规范的三级电压管理网络。制定了相关标准、制度,对电压质量标准、无功电力平衡与补偿等工作都作了明确规定。完善了监督考核奖励机制,量化指标,严格考核。为落实各项电压无功管理措施,准确及时地核实、分析相关数据提供了组织和制度保证。
Strengthen organizational management rules and regulations, standardize management, in order to strengthen the work of voltage and reactive power management, Xiping County Electric Power Bureau established a standardized three voltage management network.
