自主创新成果产业化作为自主创新重要环节之一,是实现由科学技术发现到经济社会价值发现的关键一环,目前国内尚没有较为完整和成体系的评价方法。由于国际经济和科技体制的差异,国外的相关评价方法不能满足我国的需要,但可以提供有益的借鉴。因此,在对国外相关评价方法研究的基础上,初步构建了适合我国自主创新成果产业化的评价体系。
As one of the important links in independent innovation, industrialization of independent innovation is the key to realizing the discovery of economic and social values from science and technology. At present, there is not a complete and systematic evaluation method in China. Due to the differences of international economic and technological systems, the relevant evaluation methods abroad can not meet the needs of our country, but can provide useful reference. Therefore, on the basis of the research on the relevant evaluation methods abroad, the evaluation system suitable for the industrialization of China’s independent innovation achievements has been preliminarily constructed.
