本症于1966年由Dessertennl首次报道,是一种延迟复极性心律失常,常被误诊为心室颤动。对本症如能正确诊断,及时治疗,常可以转危为安。如治疗不当,可使本症加重,甚至转为室颤而死亡。近年来笔者相继遇到4例,1例死亡,其余3例均治愈出院,兹报告如下。例1:女患,72岁。近3～4年来时有头晕,有时心悸气短,曾在某医院诊断为高血压、冠心病。近
This disease was first reported by Dessertennl in 1966, is a delayed repolarization arrhythmia, often misdiagnosed as ventricular fibrillation. If the disease can be correctly diagnosed, timely treatment, often can be endangered. If not treated properly, can make this disease aggravate, and even turn to ventricular fibrillation and death. In recent years, I have encountered in 4 cases, 1 case of death, and the remaining 3 cases were cured and discharged, it is reported as follows. Example 1: Female patient, 72 years old.
