目的观察依那普利、螺内酯联合应用对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法60例慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者,心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级,随机分为对照组(予以常规治疗),治疗组(在常规治疗基础上治疗组加用依那普利和螺内酯),严密检测各相关指标。结果随访6个月,两组比较,治疗组(加用依那普利和螺内酯组)超声心动图检查、6分钟步行试验结果及最终治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗CHF的基础上加服ACEI和醛固酮抑制剂药物治疗取得较好的效果。
Objective To observe the effects of enalapril combined with spironolactone on cardiac function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods Sixty patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) were randomly divided into control group (treated routinely), treatment group (treated with enalapril and spironolactone) on the basis of routine treatment, Tightly detect the relevant indicators. The results were followed up for 6 months. Compared with the control group, the results of the 6-minute walking test and the final treatment in the treatment group (with enalapril and spironolactone) were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The conventional treatment of CHF based on the addition of ACEI and aldosterone inhibitor drug treatment achieved good results.
