教育的过程中,教师要投入真情温暖学生的心灵,给孩子们向善的启示,学生也会用他们朴实、善良、纯洁的思想净化教师的灵魂,让教师汲取营养来加强自身的道德修养。教师的人格在影响学生,学生的成长也在促进教师的思想不断成熟。教师要将真情传递给学生,让他们学会关心、谅解和善待他人,有利于培养学生健康的心理和健全的人格,所以师德建设需要教师付出真情。
In the process of education, teachers should devote themselves to warmth the hearts of students and give enlightenment to children. Students also use their simple, kind and pure thoughts to purify teachers’ souls so that teachers can learn nutrition to strengthen their moral cultivation. The teacher’s personality is affecting students, the growth of students is also to promote the teacher’s thinking continues to mature. Teachers should pass on their true feelings to students so that they can learn to care, understand and treat others. It is good for cultivating students ’healthy psychology and healthy personality. Therefore, teachers’ morality requires teachers to pay the truth.
