涉及畜禽养殖者责任义务的法律法规包括《农业法》、《农产品质量安全法》、《畜牧法》、《动物防疫法》、《饲料和饲料添加剂管理条例》、《兽药管理条例》、《重大动物疫情应急条例》、《乳品质量安全监督管理条例》等法律法规十余部,相关条款近百条。笔者多年从事畜牧兽医法规政策调研工作,熟悉法律规定和生产实践,对有关畜禽养殖者责任义务的条款进行了梳理分析,归纳为十个方面,供基层畜牧兽医管理部门及执法监督人员和畜牧养殖从业者参考。
