本文介绍一个已投入生产的大型活塞环车床(活塞环公称直径500~900mm)的数控系统它是由一个8位STD总线控制机一个16位单板机和一个可编程控制器构成的系统。整个系统控制3个进给轴、12把刀具、1个机械子及192个输入/输出点。实现了活塞环加工的自动循环控制及对液压系统、气压系统,润滑系统的监测和控制。本机床将铸造工件一次加工成产品,减少了加工工序,提高了生产率,并保证了产品的质量。本数控系统与整机一起于今年年初通过了有瑞典DAROS公司专家组主持的验收。
This article introduces a CNC system for a large piston ring turning machine (piston ring with a nominal diameter of 500-900 mm) already in production. It is a system consisting of an 8-bit STD bus controller, a 16-bit single board machine and a programmable controller. The whole system controls 3 axes, 12 tools, 1 mechanic and 192 input / output points. The automatic cycle control of piston ring processing and the monitoring and control of hydraulic system, pneumatic system and lubrication system are realized. The machine tool will be cast into a workpiece processed products, reducing the processing processes, improve productivity, and ensure the quality of the product. The CNC system and the machine together early this year adopted a Swedish DAROS company panel presided over the acceptance.
