目的观察醒脑静注射液联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿流行性腮腺炎合并脑炎的疗效。方法将流行性腮腺炎合并脑炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组47例,对照组47例,两组都给予相同常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上,应用病毒唑抗病毒;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用醒脑静联合更昔洛韦,两组疗程7～10d。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为91.2%和76.6%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组在发热、头痛、呕吐、抽搐及神经病理征等持续时间上均显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论醒脑静注射液联合更昔洛韦治疗流行性腮腺炎合并脑炎治疗显著,安全,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the effect of xingnaojing injection plus ganciclovir in the treatment of mumps complicated with encephalitis in children. Methods Patients with mumps and encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups: 47 cases in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group. Both groups were given the same routine treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with ribavirin and antiviral. The treatment group was treated with Xingnaojing combined with ganciclovir on the basis of routine treatment. The two courses of treatment ranged from 7 to 10 days. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.2% and 76.6%, respectively, with significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). The duration of fever, headache, vomiting, convulsions and neuropathies in the treatment group was significantly shorter In the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of mumps complicated with encephalitis was significant, safe and with few adverse reactions.
