一般铸铁制动闸瓦已不能满足现代机车车辆所提出的既要在高的初始速度下有效地制动又要有较长的使用寿命的要求。为此对 3种铸铁制动闸瓦进行了台架试验。这 3种铸铁制动闸瓦是 :一般的铸铁制动闸瓦 ,金刚砂圆柱体的新型铸铁制动闸瓦 ,带加铜金刚砂圆柱体的复合式铸铁制动闸瓦。试验结果表明 :从摩擦系数和磨损来看 ,第二、第三种制动闸瓦优于第一种 ;第三种制动闸瓦的抗碎裂性最好。圆柱体的数量以每一制动闸瓦中装 4个为最佳
The general cast iron brake shoe has been unable to meet the requirements of modern locomotives and vehicles both at high initial speed effectively braking but also have a longer service life requirements.
