最近,安徽省黄山市屯溪制药厂研制成功的4类创新药——六味地黄口服液获卫生部颁友的新药证书和批准文号,首家正式批量生产。六味地黄口服液经安徽中医学院附院中医内科、安徽医科大学附院中医科、安徽省立医院中医科3家临床验证,双盲试验,不但具有六味地黄丸滋阴补肾等功能,而且由于药物提取完全、便于吸收、疗效及起效时间皆优于丸剂。总有效率丸剂为73.33％,口服液为90.09％。
Recently, Liuweidihuang Oral Liquid, a class 4 innovative drug successfully developed by Tunxi Pharmaceutical Factory in Huangshan City, Anhui Province, was awarded the new drug certificate and approval number issued by the Ministry of Health and the first official batch production. Liuwei Dihuang Oral Solution has been clinically verified by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, and the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Anhui Provincial Hospital. The double-blind trial has not only the functions of Liuwei Dihuang Wan such as nourishing yin and tonifying kidneys, but also due to drugs. The extraction is complete, easy to absorb, the curative effect and the onset time are better than the pill. The total effective rate of pills was 73.33%, oral liquid was 90.09%.
