目的调查与分析产科患者抗菌药物使用与伤口愈合情况。方法调查医院2009年1-12月产科患者共645例,对其中预防性使用抗菌药物的情况与切口愈合情况进行统计分析。结果 645例患者中,393例使用抗菌药物,使用率为60.9%,有6例伤口感染,感染率为0.9%。结论产科患者使用抗菌药物对预防伤口感染尤其是对预防会阴伤口感染无特殊意义。
Objective To investigate and analyze the use of antimicrobials and wound healing in obstetric patients. Methods A total of 645 obstetric patients from January to December 2009 in our hospital were investigated. Statistical analysis was performed on the use of antimicrobials and incision healing. Results Of the 645 patients, 393 were antibiotics, with a utilization rate of 60.9% and 6 wound infections, with a prevalence of 0.9%. Conclusion Obstetric patients with antimicrobial agents to prevent wound infection, especially for the prevention of perineal wound infection is no special significance.
