9月15日,清华大学首届EM-BA(高级工商管理硕士)的150名“老板学生”开始上课,他们得到的第一本教材是16开长达14页的学生守则,其中的重点规定有;每门可缺课1/3,该门就计为零分;如果全学程有4门不及格,累计补考两次还不及格就淘汰;不允许请事假,重病可以请病假,但是要出示医生证明。守则还规定了很严格的考试制度。其中特别规定,不许这些老总让自己的秘书替做作业。笔者读到这则报道时不由得为清华的这个做法击掌称好。 这几年来,在各种各样的领导干部(包括公司企业的老板、老总
On September 15, the first batch of 150 “Boss students” at the first EM-BA (Master of Business Administration) at Tsinghua University started their classes. The first textbook they received was 16 student guides with a length of 14 pages. The key provisions were ; Each door can be missed 1/3, the door is counted as zero points; if the whole program of four fail, the cumulative test twice failed to eliminate; not allowed to leave, serious illness can be sick, but to produce Medical certificate.
