一、充分肯定上半年经济运行企稳趋升的态势今年以来,全省上下坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,全面实施“八八战略”和“创业富民、创新强省”总战略,牢牢把握“稳中求进、转中求好”工作基调,千方百计促增长、坚定不移抓转型、尽心尽力惠民生,各项工作取得了积极成效,全省经济运行总体平稳。初步统计,二季度全省GDP同比增长8%左右,比一季度回升0.9个百分点,上半年增长7.4%,总体形势好于预期。
