以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、四氟丙醇、烯丙基聚乙二醇合成的表面活性含氟单体(FSM)作为乳化剂,以甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(FA)、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为主要单体,通过无皂乳液聚合制备出阳离子氟碳无皂乳液(CFEL)。借助红外光谱仪、马尔文粒度仪和透射电镜(TEM)等仪器对共聚物的结构和性能进行了表征;同时研究了FA对表面施胶纸张防油性能的影响,并对纸张进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析。结果表明,适当增加FA用量,有利于提高纸张的防水防油性能。经过含氟单体质量分数为25.11%的乳液整理过的纸张纤维对水和液体石蜡的接触角分别为135.94°和111.88°,乳胶粒呈球形,粒径分布较窄,约为70 nm。
The surface-active fluorine-containing monomer (FSM) synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate, tetrafluoropropanol and allyl polyethylene glycol was used as emulsifier, and the content of hexafluorobutylmethacrylate (FA), styrene, Butyl acrylate, methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride as the main monomer, a cationic fluorocarbon soap-free emulsion (CFEL) was prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization. The structure and properties of the copolymer were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, Malvern particle size analyzer and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effect of FA on the oil repellency of the surface sizing paper was also studied. The paper was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) )analysis. The results show that increasing the amount of FA properly is beneficial to improve the water and oil repellency of the paper. The contact angles of water-liquid paraffin with fiber-modified paper fibers with the mass fraction of fluorinated monomer of 25.11% were 135.94 ° and 111.88 °, respectively. The latex particles were spherical with a narrow particle size distribution of about 70 nm.
