目的了解博乐市医疗机构消毒效果,指导医疗机构消毒工作。方法对博乐市2012—2013年医疗机构消毒效果监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2013年检测合格率98.1%,高于2012年合格率81.3%;不同检测项目合格率:室内空气61.5%,物体表面97.3%,医务人员手表面和使用中的消毒剂均为100.0%。结论博乐市各级医疗机构消毒监测效果合格率2013年较2012年有所提高,但仍存在一定问题,需采取措施加强培训及消毒监测和管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Bole and guide the disinfection of medical institutions. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of disinfection monitoring in Bole during 2012-2013. Results The test pass rate in 2013 was 98.1%, up from the pass rate of 81.3% in 2012. The passing rates of different test items were 61.5% for indoor air and 97.3% for objects, and 100.0% for the surface and the disinfectants in use. Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection monitoring results of medical institutions at all levels in Bole was higher than that in 2012 in 2013, but there were still some problems. Measures should be taken to strengthen training and disinfection monitoring and management.
