网络管理是国内外在行政管理和企业管理中广泛应用的科学管理方法。在医学领域,尤其在预防医学中,也毫不例外地运用这一科学管理方法。网络管理主要是以网络作用为基础,利用横向、斜向和自下而上的沟通方式,使整个管理体系有机地联系和相互的配合,达到合理化、体系化及高效化。我市处理的一起急性甲醇中毒事件,所采用的一系列措施和方法,自然地符合网络管理方法。
Network management is a widely used scientific management method in administration and enterprise management at home and abroad. In the medical field, especially in preventive medicine, this scientific management method is used without exception. Network management is mainly based on the role of the network, using horizontal, oblique and bottom-up communication methods, so that the entire management system organically linked and mutual cooperation, to achieve rationalization, systematization and high efficiency. The series of measures and methods adopted by the city in dealing with an acute methanol poisoning incident naturally conformed to the network management method.
