运用板块模型讨论了零件的几何要素对渗氮变形的一般影响。板块模型可看作被“展开”了的渗氮零件。计算出模型各向截面的比厚后,观察各比厚的大小及差别,即可进行零件渗氮变形的定性或半定量预测。作者认为,用板块模型法可统一对各种渗氮变形现象的认识。
The plate model is used to discuss the general influence of the geometrical elements on the nitriding deformation. Plate model can be seen as “expanded ” nitriding parts. After calculating the specific thickness of each section of the model, the size and difference of each specific thickness can be observed to make qualitative or semi-quantitative prediction of the nitriding deformation of the part. The author believes that the plate model method can be unified understanding of the phenomenon of various nitriding deformation.
