目的探索不同时间段的紫外线照射对鼠疫菌的杀菌效果,寻找紫外线杀灭鼠疫菌的最佳有效时间。方法将28℃24 h鼠疫菌培养物和用其培养物稀释比浊成1×10~4/ml鼠疫菌悬液,接种于赫氏溶血培养基上,对照组37℃24 h培养,实验组分别经过10 min、20 min、30 min的紫外线垂直照射后37℃24 h培养,观察鼠疫菌生长情况。结果通过实验观察发现,10 min、20 min和30 min 3个不同作用时间段的紫外线照射对鼠疫菌的杀菌效果不同,紫外线照射10 min和20 min不能完全杀灭鼠疫菌,有少量鼠疫菌落生长;紫外线照射30 min无鼠疫菌落生长。结论随着紫外线对鼠疫菌照射时间的延长,鼠疫菌的存活率也逐渐降低,紫外线对鼠疫菌的最佳有效作用时间为30 min。
Objective To explore the bactericidal effect of UV irradiation on Yersinia pestis in different time periods and to find out the best effective time of ultraviolet ray to kill Yersinia pestis. Methods The Yersinia pestis cultures were incubated at 28 ℃ for 24 h and diluted to 1 × 10-4 / ml of Y. pestis suspension in their culture. The suspension was inoculated on Hecci hemolysing medium and the control group was cultured at 37 ℃ for 24 h. The experimental group The growth of Yersinia pestis was observed after being exposed to UV light for 10 min, 20 min and 30 min, respectively, at 37 ° C for 24 h. Results The experimental results showed that the bactericidal effects of UV irradiation on Pseudomonas aeruginosa at different time periods of 10 min, 20 min and 30 min were different. 10 and 20 min irradiation with UV light did not completely kill Y. pestis and a small amount of plague colonies ; UV irradiation 30 min without plague colony growth. Conclusion With the UV irradiation of Yersinia pestis prolonged, the survival rate of Y. pestis also decreased gradually, and the best effective time of UV to Y. pestis was 30 min.
