目的应用医院信息管理系统对糖尿病患者医院感染实施监控。方法应用HIS系统和设定条件,收集科室糖尿病患者医院感染综合信息,并及时反馈科室适时改进。结果应用观察期间共监测到糖尿病患者合并感染231例,其中呼吸道感染居首位,占41.13%;其次是泌尿道感染占24.24%。病原学标本送检率40.25%,送检标本细菌检出率为45.16%,231例病人全部使用抗菌药物。结论应用医院信息管理系统监控住院病人医院感染,不仅信息全面,分析价值高,能及时提供给科室反馈信息,便于及时改进管理。
Objective To monitor the hospital infection of diabetic patients by using hospital information management system. Methods HIS system and setting conditions were used to collect comprehensive information on nosocomial infections in departmental diabetes patients and promptly feedback the departments to improve them in time. Results During the observation period, a total of 231 cases of diabetes mellitus were detected during the observation period, of which respiratory tract infection was the highest, accounting for 41.13%; followed by urinary tract infection accounting for 24.24%. The rate of etiological specimens was 40.25%. The detection rate of bacteria was 45.16%. All 231 patients used antimicrobial agents. Conclusion The application of hospital information management system to monitor inpatients’ nosocomial infection not only has comprehensive information and high analytical value, but also can timely provide departments feedback information to facilitate timely management improvement.
