山东省社科联党组前不久研究决定,拟于近期建立起全省社会科学“人才库”。 最近,省社科联已向各市地、大企业社科联、各省级学会发出通知。《通知》指出,入库者要拥护党的领导,坚持党的四项基本原则,热爱党,热爱社会主义,热爱祖国;一般应具有国民教育大学本科以上学历,并具有高级专业技术职务,在省内相关学科中有重大影响,是学术带头人,或出版过有重大影响的著作。在同等条件下,优先选拔中青年。全省社会科学人才库总额暂定为500名左右。《通知》要求,各市地、大企业社科联、各省级学会要成立推荐小组,在
