目的了解献血者的基本情况及流失原因为制定招募计划,稳定献血人群提供依据。方法从末次献血日期为2015年1月1日-12月31日的献血者中按照随机数字表抽取485名,按照献血次数分为初次献血组263人,再次献血组216人,发放调查问卷调查相关资料。结果献血者的性别、年龄、文化程度、职业和收入对其献血行为均具有影响(P<0.05)。初次献血者和再次献血者对献血前相关讯息的知晓程度比较,7项中有6项之间差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。再次献血者与初次献血者不同程度焦虑状况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论献血者应多种因素影响而流失,仅需对应调整招募计划,稳定固定献血者队伍,促进无偿献血工作健康发展。
Objective To understand the basic situation of blood donors and causes of the loss to provide a basis for formulating recruitment plans and stabilizing blood donors. Methods A total of 485 blood donors from the last donation date from January 1 to December 31, 2015 were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of blood donations: 263 primary blood donors and 216 blood donors. A questionnaire survey was conducted Relevant information. Results The blood donors’ sex, age, education level, occupation and income had an impact on their blood donation (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between the first blood donors and the second blood donors about the pre-donation related information, with 6 out of 7 items (P <0.05). There was statistically significant difference in the level of anxiety between the re-donors and the first donors (P <0.05). Conclusion The blood donors should be affected by many factors and lost, only corresponding to adjust the recruitment plan, stabilize the blood donors, and promote the healthy development of blood donation work.
