《中华人民共和国物权法》(以下简称物权法)已由第十届全国人民代表大会第五次会议通过,自2007年10月1日起施行。这部调整财产归属与利用关系的基本法律的颁布实施,对电网企业势必要有一些影响。因此,在贯彻执行《物权法》时,找出影响电网企业的问题,提出解决问题的建议、制定解决问题的措施尤为重要。
The “Property Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “Property Law”) was approved by the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress and came into force on October 1, 2007. The promulgation and implementation of the basic law governing the relationship between the ownership and utilization of property must have some impact on the power grid enterprises. Therefore, in the implementation of the “Property Law”, identify the problems affecting the power grid companies, put forward proposals to solve the problem, the development of measures to solve the problem is particularly important.
