近年来,随着我国改革步伐加快,事业单位存在的基础工作不规范、财务管理活动不合理、风险意识淡薄和财务人员素质低下等问题已不适应时代的新要求,所以本文针对中国国情,分析了我国的事业单位财务管理的发展现状和存在的问题,并针对问题提出解决方案。希望本文对为事业单位改革提出有针对性的建议,进而为事业单位合理有效利用资产、提高社会服务水平提供助力。
In recent years, with the acceleration of reform in our country, the non-standard basic work of institutions, the unreasonable financial management activities, the weak awareness of risk and the low quality of financial staff, the problems of the era are not met with the new requirements of the times. Therefore, according to China’s national conditions, The status quo and existing problems of financial management in public institutions in our country are put forward and solutions are put forward according to the problems. I hope this article puts forward targeted proposals for the reform of public institutions, thus providing aids for institutions to use their assets rationally and effectively and to improve the level of social services.
