背景介绍:长航集团船舶重工总公司(以下简称长航重工)主要从事船舶建造、港口机械和电机制造等业务,可以承接20万载重吨以下各类船舶,下辖金陵船厂、青山船厂、芜湖公司(江东船厂)、宜昌船厂、红光港机厂、长航电机厂、长航对外经济技术合作总公司、长航物资总公司共8家直属企业,分布在长江沿线扬州、南京、芜湖、武汉、宜昌等地,产品出口欧洲等20多个国家和地区。“十一五”期末,长航重工年造船能力400万载重吨,年工业总产值150亿元,年利税10亿元以上,出口创汇连续三年名列湖北省第一。
Background: CSIC (hereinafter referred to as CSIC) is principally engaged in the business of shipbuilding, port machinery and motor manufacturing. It can undertake various types of ships below 200,000 deadweight tons and ships under the jurisdiction of Jinling Shipyard, Qingshan Shipyard, Wuhu The Company (Jiangdong Shipyard), Yichang Shipyard, Hongkong Port Machinery Factory, Changhang Motor Factory, Changhang Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation Corporation, and Changhang Materials Corporation have a total of 8 enterprises directly under the Yangtze River in Yangzhou, Nanjing and Wuhu, Wuhan, Yichang and other places, products exported to Europe, more than 20 countries and regions. At the end of the “11th Five-Year Plan” period, CSIC had a shipbuilding capacity of 4 million deadweight tons and an annual industrial output value of 15 billion yuan, annual profits and taxes of over 1 billion yuan, and its foreign exchange earned from export for the first time in three consecutive years in Hubei Province.
