本实验研究的目的在于研究血管痉挛时大脑中动脉中的辣根过氧化酶(HRP)的血管壁内循环的变化,描述静脉及池内注射HRP 之后血管壁中HRP分布的差异。实验取杂种狗21只,体重7~13公斤,蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)通过间隔48小时连续两次注射自体血而制成,每次向大脑大静脉池内注入新鲜自体血4ml。将狗分成2个实验组,A 组10只,包括对照组5只,SAH 组5只,向大脑大静脉池内注入
The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of intravascular wall circulation of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in the middle cerebral artery during vasospasm and to describe the differences of HRP distribution in the vascular wall after intravenous injection and HRP in the pool. Twenty-one mongrel dogs were weighed, weighing 7 to 13 kg. Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) was made by injecting autologous blood twice consecutively for 48 hours. Each time, 4 ml of fresh autologous blood was injected into the cerebral venous pool.
