图1所示为汽车发动机的机油泵壳体,其关键工序为:镗削φ13_(-0.125)~(-0.09(?))孔;精刮两处φ32.4及底平面;车削端面。由于工艺要求较高,我们设计和制造了一套实现集中工序的两工位偏心回转车床夹具,如图2所示。经过长时间生产实践证明,效果较好,尤其适用于批量生产中,能稳定地保证产品质量。这里简单介绍如下. 夹具结构夹具分两部分组成。左端为固定部分,通过双头螺栓7与机床主轴相联接。右端为可回转部分,通过两只T型螺钉8与左端固定部分联接。当被加工零件按图2所示装入夹具定位后,通过专用扳手5,使压板9将工
Figure 1 shows the automobile engine oil pump shell, the key processes are: boring φ13 _ (- 0.125) ~ (-0.09 (?)) Hole; fine scraping two φ32.4 and the bottom plane; turning face. Due to the high process requirements, we designed and manufactured a two-station eccentric swivel lathe fixture for centralized processes, as shown in Figure 2. After a long period of production proved that the effect is better, especially for mass production, to ensure stable product quality. Here is a brief introduction as follows. Fixture Structure Fixture is divided into two parts. The left end of the fixed part, through the studs 7 and the spindle connected to the machine. The right end is a rotatable part, which is connected with the left fixed part by two T-shaped screws 8.
