白灵菇是近年开发的珍稀食用菌,菇质优,商品性好,经济、营养价值都较高,市场前景广阔。目前主要以棉籽壳作主料栽培,非棉区发展白灵菇有一定的难度。经试验发现,利用玉米全株栽培白灵菇完全可行,生物学效率达80%～90%,与棉籽壳栽培产量相当,成本下降50%～70%。其技术要点如下。
