中华人民共和国标准化法第六条中明确规定了“企业生产的产品没有国家标准和行业标准的,应当制定企业标准,作为组织生产的依据。已有国家标准或者行业标准的,国家鼓励企业制定严于国家标准或者行业标准的企业标准,在企业内部使用。”制定企业产品标准是企业标准化工作的一项重要内容。企业产品标准要为合格产品,优质产品提供必要的依据,要为产品的研制、生产、质量检验和实际使用提供可遵循的依据,要保证产品的适用性,促进相互了解,保证卫生、安全
Article 6 of the People’s Republic of China Standardization Law clearly stipulates that “If an enterprise produces products that do not have national or industrial standards, it shall establish enterprise standards as the basis for the organization of production. Where there are national or industrial standards, the state encourages enterprises to formulate strict regulations. The corporate standards for national standards or industry standards are used within the company. ”Establishment of corporate product standards is an important part of corporate standardization. The enterprise product standards must provide the necessary basis for qualified products and high-quality products, and provide the basis for follow-up of product development, production, quality inspection, and actual use. It is necessary to ensure the applicability of products, promote mutual understanding, and ensure hygiene and safety.
