(2)DM 3.6 mg/kg组平均直线运动速度(velocity of rectilinear motion,VSL)、平均路径速度(velocity of average pathway,VAP)、侧摆幅度(amplitude of oscillation,ALH)、运动的直线性(linearity of mo-tion,LIN)、运动的摆动性(wobble of motion,WOB)与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05);CP 8.0 mg/kg组平均曲线运动速度(ve-locity of curve motion,VCL)、VSL、VAP与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05);其余各剂量组精子运动参数与对照组相比,均无统计学意义。
Fifty male Kunming mice weighing 18-22 g were randomly divided into five groups (10 in each group), namely deltamethrin (DM) 1.8 and 3.6 mg / kg, cypermethrin (CP) 4.0 and 8.0 mg / kg group and the salad oil control group. The animals were sacrificed by oral gavage for one month. The organ coefficients of the major organs were measured. The sperm motility parameters and the incidence of sperm deformity were detected. The results showed that: (1) The viscera coefficient of spleen in DM group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05); the organ coefficient in brain of CP 8.0 mg / kg group was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05). (2) The average velocity of rectilinear motion (VSL), velocity of average pathway (VAP), amplitude of oscillation (ALH), linearity of motion linearity of mo-tion (LIN), wobble of motion (WOB) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The ve- locity of curve motion , VCL), VSL and VAP were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in sperm motility parameters between the other groups and the control group. (3) The increase of sperm deformity in each dose group was not statistically significant compared with the control group. These results suggest that type II pyrethroids have some effects on the spleen and brain organ coefficient of mice and the sperm motility and motility of mice.
