传感器的微型化、集成化、智能化是传感器研究发展的一个方向。近年来,随着新的微细刻蚀技术应用于化学传感器的研制,将生物酶固定化技术和微细加工技术结合起来成为可能。可以将生物传感器敏感元件的三维尺寸充分压缩,组成体积小,功耗低,易于智能化的传感器。
