扭簧式测微计是纯机械式的长度量仪,具有结构简单,灵敏度高,使用方便等特点。在工业生产中,常用于比较测量,或把表头作为其它测量装置的测量元件,应用范围较广。目前,国产扭簧式测微计都采用基本型,其主要部分的结构如图1所示。扭簧测微计的修理原则是:以调整为主,修焊为辅,能经过调整后合格者,尽可能避免进行“大手术”,力求以最简单的操作,细致的调节,恢复仪表的精度。因此,调整仪表是修理测微计的一个很重要的方面。如果我们在实践中摸索和掌握好它的规律,就能缩短调修时间,提高工作效率,延长仪表使用寿命,符合“多、快、好、省”的要求,有力地促进生产。
