昆明高新技术产业开发区进出口公司与以色列热哈微技术有限公司,1994年8月15日在昆明正式签订协议,以现金形式投入25万美元,外方占60％,中方占40％,在昆明兴建昆明海派克涂料有限公司。这是以色列在西南地区的第一家合资企业,也是以色列在中国的第三家合资企业。 新兴建的昆明海派克涂料有限公司,利用以色列先进的涂料生产技术,生产高档溶剂型建筑内、外墙涂料。年生产能力为1500t,产值合人民币2000万元。30％的产品外销到日本和东南亚。汁划1994年12月投产。
The Kunming Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone Import & Export Company and Israeli Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. formally signed an agreement in Kunming on August 15, 1994, investing 250,000 U.S. dollars in cash, 60% in foreign countries, and 40% in China. Kunming builds Kunming Hai Paike Coating Co., Ltd. This is Israel’s first joint venture in the southwest region and Israel’s third joint venture in China. The newly-built Kunming Hai Paike Coatings Co., Ltd. uses Israeli advanced paint production technology to produce high-end solvent-based architectural interior and exterior wall coatings. The annual production capacity is 1500 tons and the output value is RMB 20 million. 30% of the products are exported to Japan and Southeast Asia. Juice was put into production in December 1994.
