从1981年起,上海第一人民医院眼科根据临床要求与上海橡胶制品研究所在以往研制硅胶海绵的基础上,进一步研制了硅胶带,用于视网膜脱离环扎术,又改进了原有的硅胶海绵使适合于作环扎加压术。这些制品参考了美国MIRA 产品。上海产硅胶带宽2.2mm,厚1mm,长100mm。承受拉力,美制品为1.0kg,国产为1.2kg。在经动物实验和使用美国硅胶带子临床的基础上,我们将国产硅胶带用于临床视网膜脱离环扎及环扎加压术。从1982年到1984年,三年中共做513例,512眼。在使用中不断总结,改善手术方法。并四次改进硅胶带的质量和外形,使之逐步完善。现将三年中采用硅胶带和阔筋膜的病例进行小结,并作了比较。
