实施农村合作医疗是农村工作的一件大事,关系到广大农民的切身利益。4月1日起,淮安市淮阴区新型农村合作医疗全面启动运行。各乡镇及有关部门紧紧围绕上级的统一部署,精心组织,扎实工作,全区农村合作医疗工作取得了较好的进展。但由于农村合作医疗工作刚刚起步,没有现成的经验可借鉴,许多环节仍处于摸索探讨阶段。为做好今后的工作,建议从以下五个方面切实加以改进和提高。一是加强组织领导。各乡镇及有关部门要切实把巩固
