目的对中山市12~17岁中学生的身高、体质量与血压进行测定,进行体质量指数(BMI)计算,了解不同营养状况水平青少年的血压情况,探讨体质量指数对青少年血压的影响;方法随机抽取6 609余名12~17岁的中学生,进行身高、体质量和血压的测量,计算体质量指数(BMI)。结果正常体质量、体质量超标、肥胖学生高血压患病率分别为6.05%,16.5%,31.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较正常血压者和高血压者的BMI值发现,两者差异有统计学意义(t=15.14,P<0.01),提示BMI与血压升高可能有关;女生血压偏高发生率高于男生;结论青少年的BMI与血压呈正相关,且有发病率随其BMI增加而升高的趋势。
Objective To determine the height, body mass and blood pressure of 12 ~ 17-year-old middle school students in Zhongshan City, to calculate the body mass index (BMI), to understand the blood pressure of adolescents with different nutritional status and explore the effect of body mass index on adolescent blood pressure. Methods Randomized A total of 6 609 secondary school students aged 12-17 years were enrolled in the study. Height, body weight and blood pressure were measured. Body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Results The prevalence of hypertension and obesity in normal subjects was 6.05%, 16.5% and 31.1%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The BMI values of both normal subjects and hypertensive subjects were found , The difference was statistically significant (t = 15.14, P <0.01), suggesting that BMI may be related to elevated blood pressure; the incidence of high blood pressure in girls is higher than that in boys; Conclusion There is a positive correlation between BMI and blood pressure in adolescents With its BMI increased and the trend of rising.
