我们采用经食道心房调搏和药物联合阻滞方法对155例窦房结(SAN)功能正常的对照组和51例确诊的病窦综合征(SSS)患者进行了SAN功能的多项指标检查,以期为临床SAN功能电生理检查提供较为可靠的正常值范围,并探讨各项指标在SSS诊断中的价值,找出一组适宜的组合,提高诊断率。
We performed multiple indicators of SAN function in 155 patients with normal sinus node (SAN) function and 51 patients with confirmed sinus syndrome (SSS) using transesophageal atrial pacing and drug combination blockade. In order to provide a more reliable range of normal electrophysiological examination of clinical SAN function, and explore the value of various indicators in the diagnosis of SSS to find a suitable combination of groups to improve the diagnostic rate.
